The last option I can think of is backing everything up and then wiping and reinstalling everything on my laptop.
Here is a picture of the results of ipconfig/all:
ASUS N15 WIRELESS CARD NOT SEEING NETWORK DRIVERS
I've pulled a few hairs out over something that should've been a simple install.
ASUS N15 WIRELESS CARD NOT SEEING NETWORK INSTALL
To fix this problem, go to ASUS Support, download and install the latest firmware available for your ASUS Lyra. I know the card isn't DOA because it shows up in the Device Manager. IMPORTANT: If you own an ASUS Lyra mesh WiFi system and you do not see the configuration options shared in this guide, it means that you have old firmware for it. This is an AMD 7850k build, and she doesn't game so there's no GPU that could be hogging lanes. I went into the BIOS, but there is no PCIe setting I can find that would enable/disable certain slots. I went searching on Google and couldn't find anything that helped. I've attempted to reinstall drivers multiple times, both through the CD included with the card (a last resort) and through the downloads on the Asus website. List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem. Nameless, and under the category 'Other Devices.' In this case, updating the system drivers (especially, the chipset drivers) may solve the problem.

Your network driver might not be shown in the Device Manager if the system drivers are outdated.
ASUS N15 WIRELESS CARD NOT SEEING NETWORK UPDATE
Update the System Drivers to the Latest Build. The network status says that there are no available networks, and it shows up in the Device Manager as PCI device (I think, I went home for the night and I don't have it with me). Then check if the network adapter is detected in Windows 10. I bought my sister an Asus PCE-N15 wireless card to replace the crappy little USB wireless adapter she had already, but I can't get it to work. (2) All the other devices in my house can still see and connect to my home. This makes me think my network adaptor doesnt need to be replaced. (Obviously I dont know their passwords etc so I havent tried to connect to them). Observations by me: (1) I can see my neighbours networks.
